Kate Dannenberg Jewelry is a one-woman operation, please allow 1-3 processing days before orders ship. Made to-order items may take up to three weeks. If you need a piece by a certain date, please contact Kate before placing your order!
As all work is handmade, please keep in mind that individual made to order pieces may vary slightly from those pictured.
Metal is a natural material, colors and finishes will change over time. Some finishes can be reapplied, others will age naturally to a permanent color. If you are curious about a particular piece, please contact Kate!
Jewelry Care
Most Kate Dannenberg work is designed to be comfortable and durable enough for every day wear. To keep your jewelry looking it's best, avoid soaps and lotions that may contain perfumes or harsh chemicals, as they can change the color of copper and silver. Most jewelry can be cleaned gently with warm soapy water and a soft brush (a soft bristled toothbrush works great!). Always rinse and dry items after washing. Silver polishes and cleansers often contain harsh chemicals that will remove oxidation and applied patinas and should be avoided in most cases.
Nothing is indestructible, but most things can be fixed! If your jewelry breaks from normal wear within 30 days of receiving it Kate will repair it free of charge. Repairs after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Due to the amount of personal attention each custom piece receives, custom work does take some time and a completion date cannot be guaranteed before the design is finalized.
Once a custom design is finalized a 50% deposit is required to begin production of your piece. Final payment is due when the piece is complete.
Custom pieces are non-returnable.

Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail and are insured for the total value of your order.
Returns are accepted with a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Returns and exchanges after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Custom pieces are be shipped with a signature requirement and may be shipped via FedEx or UPS.
